We are excited to announce that the GMI Annual Conference will be held in Stockholm, Sweden, in November 2025. Please mark the following dates in your calendar:

Monday, 3 November – Arrival day: Settle in, meet fellow participants, and prepare for the days ahead.

Tuesday, 4 November & Wednesday, 5 November – Official seminar days with insightful sessions and discussions.

Thursday, 6 November – Departure day.
To conclude our program in style, we warmly invite you to join us for the GMI Gala Dinner on the evening of Wednesday, 5 November.
Venue and Accommodation
We will be staying at Scandic Södra Kajen, a modern hotel located right on the water, offering excellent views and direct access to Stockholm’s vibrant city center. The hotel is conveniently connected by public transport and within walking distance of major attractions.
Conference Location
The conference will take place at Navigationgruppen, located within walking distance from the hotel.
GMI Gala Dinner
On the evening of Wednesday, 5 November, after two days of inspiring sessions, we will gather for the GMI Gala Dinner. We will visit the Vasa Museum, followed by a festive dinner. The Gala Dinner is a special opportunity to celebrate our shared mission and to reconnect with colleagues and friends.

€350 per person for members
€470 per person for non-members
(Includes all conference materials, coffee/tea breaks, lunch with non-alcoholic drinks for two days, and the gala dinner with drinks) -
Spouse Fee:
€120 per person
(Includes lunches and gala dinner with drinks)
